of the property you are considering purchasing.
"Walk-score" calculates the proximity of a property to nearby amenities such as shops,
schools, eateries and much more. The score rates walkability from 0 (worst) to 100 (best). The "walkability" of
a property can increase its value. This is a great way to avoid driving, get some exercise, and help the environment.
