John Farrell:
   John has been a Real Estate Broker for over twenty years. He has a M.B.A in Real Estate and a B.S. in Finance.  John is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, San Francisco Association of Realtors, and California REO Association. He is also a California Certified Notary Public.  He is fifth generation San Franciscian. He grew up in the West Portal district and Merced Manor district. John has extensive knowledge of real estate. His financial background and creative approach gives our clients an upper edge in negotiations.

Claudette Hansson Farrell:
    Claudette has been an outside sales representative for the private sector for over twenty-six years. She has a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Marketing. Claudette has negotiated many multi-million dollar contracts with Fortune 500 companies. Throughout her career, she has received recognition and numerous awards for her outstanding negotiation skills, marketing ability, and superior service.  For over two years, Claudette's main focus has been buying and selling single family homes throughout the United States. Born and raised in San Francisco, she grew up in the Sunset district. Claudette's unsurpassed sales ability gives our clients the needed talent to successfully buy and sell their properties.

John and Claudette have been a team since they first met at the University of San Francisco in 1981. They married in 1988.
